Help out if you are able!Food - it feeds us and connects us! Each night at Out of the Cold, we provide a hot supper meal to our guests, as well as a bagged lunch to take with them. We have some spaces available for food donations this month and would love if you would consider helping us fill the schedule (you can sign-up for a meal, lunch, or both).
Here's some details: - Supper meals should feed roughly 30-40 guests. - Bagged lunch donations should feed ~50 people and include a sandwich, juice box, snack and piece of fruit. - Pasta dishes, stews, crockpot meals, casseroles, etc, are always a hit! - You can provide warm or frozen meals. - You can always drop off the night of between 7:45-8:00 PM at the shelter, or arrange a daytime drop off with our volunteer coordinator. - We are a peanut-free space. - We don't have a high demand for dietary alternatives. - We REALLY appreciate and value our food donations!
If you are interested in getting in our December schedule, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your continued support! ...

We received good news today - we were able to return to St. Matthew’s Church this evening! We are super happy to be back to our normal operations. Again, a huge thanks to our shelter partners for their support over the past few days and to our guests and volunteers for their understanding and flexibility.
